Jacinta Munro leads KPMG’s Regulatory Compliance practice, bringing over three decades of experience in regulatory change, governance, and risk management across Australia and Europe.


She advises boards and executive teams on emerging risks and compliance strategies, with expertise spanning financial services, education, manufacturing, gaming, and energy.


Jacinta has acted as an Independent Expert for regulators including ASIC, APRA, the OAIC, and the ACCC, and is recognised for delivering practical, sustainable compliance solutions that align with organisational strategy.

Funda Ozenc

Chief Quality Officer, Villa Maria Catholic Homes (VMCH)

Funda Ozenc is the Chief Quality Officer at VMCH, with nearly 20 years’ experience in community health, aged care, disability services and IT.


She leads quality, clinical governance and risk across one of Victoria's largest aged care and disability providers, driving inclusion, consumer engagement, service transformation and innovation.


Funda is passionate about empowering marginalized communities through her leadership and board roles.

 

Jayesh Kapitan

Partner, Risk Advisory, RSM Australia

Jayesh Kapitan is the National Health Services Leader and a Partner in RSM’s Risk Advisory division, based in Melbourne.


With almost three decades of local and international experience, he specialises in helping organisations strengthen governance, manage risk, and improve internal control environments. Jayesh has developed expertise across health, education, transport, infrastructure and the for-purpose sector.  He has led major internal audit and risk management projects, delivering strategic insights to Boards, Audit Committees, and executive teams.


Jayesh brings a practical, outcomes-focused approach that balances compliance and operational effectiveness & sustainability.
