Jordan France
Data and AI, Microsoft
Jordan France is a specialist in AI and digital transformation for nonprofits at Microsoft, helping mission-driven organisations harness technology for social good.
With deep experience deploying Data and AI platforms across major public and private sectors, Jordan now works closely with nonprofits and healthcare providers to design practical, ethical AI strategies that reduce complexity and enhance human impact.
Recently, Jordan represented the Asia-Pacific region at the Microsoft Global Nonprofit Leaders Summit in Seattle, where over 1,000 nonprofits from 52 countries gathered to explore how AI can strengthen mission delivery. His participation underscored the growing need for region-specific insights into how emerging technologies can relieve administrative burden and support frontline workers.

Jordan’s passion lies in identifying AI use cases that free staff to focus on meaningful, people-centred work. His insights continue to help purpose-led organisations across the region leverage AI to deepen connection, improve outcomes, and stay true to their mission.

Karin Verspoor
Dean, School of Computing Technologies, RMIT
Professor Karin Verspoor is the Dean of the School of Computing Technologies at RMIT University in Melbourne.
An internationally recognised expert in biomedical informatics and artificial intelligence, her research focuses on the application of AI to enable biological discovery and clinical decision support—particularly through the extraction of knowledge from clinical texts and biomedical literature, and the development of machine learning models.
Karin has held senior academic and research roles across several institutions, including the University of Melbourne, Los Alamos National Laboratory, the University of Colorado School of Medicine, and as Scientific Director at NICTA’s Victoria Research Laboratory.

She is also the Victorian Node Lead and co-founder of the Australian Alliance for Artificial Intelligence in Health, where she continues to advocate for ethical, impactful AI applications in health. Her work bridges computing, medicine, and innovation to advance human health outcomes.

Dr Kunal Luthra
Partner, McKinsey & Company
Dr Kunal Luthra is a former medical doctor and leads the Australia Health Care practice for global management consulting firm McKinsey & Company.
Kunal supports clients across Australia and Asia, with a focus on healthcare innovation, HealthTech, and digital transformation. He brings a deep understanding of healthcare systems and has advised on strategic growth, operational transformation, AI integration, and M&A opportunities for providers, policymakers, and purpose-driven organisations.
Kunal has also played an active role in public health initiatives, including digital transformations and Australia’s COVID-19 pandemic response. A Monash University medical graduate, he previously worked in the Victorian public hospital system. Passionate about improving patient outcomes and addressing system-wide challenges, Kunal brings practical insight into the role of emerging technologies in advancing mission-aligned impact.

An investor in the Fund will not receive the benefit of the financial claims scheme or the depositor protection provisions in the Banking Act 1959 (Cth). The investments that the Fund offers are not subject to the usual protections for investors under the Corporations Act (Cth) or regulation by ASIC. Investors may be unable to get some or all of their money back when the investor expects or at all and investments in the Fund are not comparable to investments with banks, finance companies or fund managers.
